I bought something but don't have it

Open the game's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy it. If it's still missing, email us with the game's name and the date you bought it.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle every payment in our games, so refunds go through them:

• iPhone and iPad: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play refunds
